Havenavero (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides product sales and delivery services exclusively through our online store. These Shipping Terms are intended to clearly explain the delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing schedule, transportation arrangements, and related considerations, allowing you to understand the delivery process before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available throughout Australia only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fee Description

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total order amount and are displayed at checkout:

  • Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat delivery fee of AUD 8.99.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the listed product prices. No additional fees are required at the time of delivery or receipt.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Order processing is based on CET business hours from 08:00 to 18:00:

  • Orders completed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders completed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next working day.
  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Order Processing Time

After successful payment confirmation, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 working days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 working days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

6. Logistics Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following logistics carriers, depending on operational arrangements:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment record, and logistics carrier information. You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product damage or loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Before signing for your parcel, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging carefully. If visible damage, deformation, or other irregularities are identified, please document the condition and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
